SOCIAL JUSTICE IN PRACTICE (28 september 2011)
The idea for these lectures came from the researchers from the . They are exploring how people inside, but especially outside of Buddhist Studies think of the concept ‘justice’ in general and social justice in particular. There is a keen awareness that the way in which justice is defined greatly varies across academic disciplines. We think this is a very interesting topic, not just for those involved in the project but also to a wider audience, as social justice is something that we are all to a greater or lesser extent involved in.
