Beryl ter Haar presenteert onderzoek op congres ILO
Tijdens het 10de Europese congres Arbeidsrecht en Sociale Zekerheidsrecht van de Internationale Arbeidsorganisatie dat plaatsvond van 21-23 september jl in Sevilla, heeft Beryl ter Haar de gelegenheid gehad om een deel van haar onderzoek te presenteren tijdens de sessie die ging over collectief onderhandelen in tijden van een geglobaliseerde economie (Collective Bargaining Rights in Times of a Globalized Economy).
Dit onderzoek is uitgewerkt in een artikel dat Beryl ter Haar samen met collega's uit Hongarije (Attila Kun) en Spanje (Antonio García-Muñoz Alhambra) heeft geschreven. Voor dit artikel heeft ze tevens de Marco Biagi Award gewonnen. Het artikel, genaamd "Soft on the Inside; Hard for the Outside. An Analysis of the Legal Nature of New Forms of International Labour Law", wordt binnenkort in het Engels gepubliceerd in International Journal of Comparative Labour Law and Industrial Relations en in het Spaans in Temas Laborales.
